manipulate the rules even at the cost of the peace process in Northern Ireland.

Buhari is a very sick man, indeed. He refuses to resign and instead we even hear about
a potential second term in office.
Merkel is one of the good ones although one wonders why she would stay in power, term after term,
for almost two decades?
But there are different kind of political manipulators: shrewd manipulators (Putin); dumb manipulators (Trump) and (Zuma) and the downright vicious ones like Erdogan who has locked up tens of thousands of people perceived to be his opponents, while securing a constitutional change to keep himself in power indefinitely.
