USA Africa Dialogue Series - STAR INFORMATION: Table of 2016, 2015 Internally Generated Revenue (IGR) AND 2015 Net FAAC Allocations in Nigeria by Geopolitical Zone and By State



My People: 

As we discuss "restructuring" - which I conceive to be a yearning to a "return to fiscal cooperative federalism", I urge that we study the following table closely, so that we separate fact from fiction, and hence temper our opinions accordingly.

More to come by-and-by, as I get more information - particular about budgets of each state (2015 and 2016) and net FAAC allocations of 2016..
