Prof: This is something to cheer about. My only hope is just that it would not be another white elephant project that has long characterized Mother Africa. Nigeria, for example, has launched half a dozen or so of such satelites into space. I just don't know what purpose they are serving. I'll keep my fingers crossed for Ghana. And as your Baba Ijebu would probably have said, "All these birds pooping fire and smoe on their tails, make we wait and see!" Thanks, my class professor and elder.
