The reason I ask is to see how the judgement you already made on someones work is actually borne out by an excerpt of the work that justifies your pronouncement. Judgement is already implied in your statement. All we ask for is a textual verification of that judgement.  Nothing unkind in that.  Did you actuall y bother to read his work?  Prove it textually rather than engage in generalities.

Ken just did that with films. Its what we critics engage in routinely.  As a translation artist Toyin asked me  specific questions on a work I presented.  I answered as specifically as I could.
