1 Gas pipeline  from  the nigeria Delta  to feed West  and central Africa as well as cape town  and north  Africa.  Nigeria is a gas' country.all nigerias oil  is but a drop  on a sea of Gas!!!!

 2 power grid from Democratic  Republic  of Congo to West  and Central  Africa. Democratic  Republic of Congo has Africa's  highest  hydro electric power supply  potential. Renewable energy. 

3 Trans African highway from cape town to Cairo.

4 high speed rail from cape town to Cairo

5 100 universities  the size of harvard university  usa.

6 one miliion  PhDs in science

7 10 miliion  managers

8 pharmaceutical  cities  or hubs 

9 pulp  and paper  industries 

10 newspaper  and journals  and  books publishing hubs and cities 

11 satellite  to aid  navigation. Maritime. Weather  forecast. National  security. Town planning  demography  and social statistics  and more
