Meanwhile, in the name of fact, I suggest that we dont dismiss the claims made about Caucasian women in contrast to Black women.
I dont use the term 'White' since no one has white skin, although some people do have black skin while others so called Blacks are varying shades of brown.
Those claims, ideally, would be useful as a template for exploration as to whether or not they are true. The claim of enablement into US society through Black relationships with Caucasian women looks practical, although the writer did not mention the route of gaining citizenship through marriage. Another point that needs examination is the difference in cultural background between Blacks and Caucasians and the probability of the scope for general cultural exposure and sophistication between both ethnicities.
Also relevant, but not described in its general scope in the essay is the issue of differing conceptions of femininity and masculinity between both races. To what degree do African women still operate in terms of conceptions of feminine restraint in relationships- the 'good girl' syndrome that the Western women might be less motivated about?
On the other hand, the tendency to take a man to the cleaners in divorce cases, to evict a man from the matrimonial home and claim the children with the full support of the law, and even make access to the children difficult, which is evident in the West and is a demonstration of developments of women's rights in Western history, how likely are Black women to behave that way and relationships between Africans in the US to end along those lines?
Not mentioned is evidence of tension between African-American men and women.

One does not have to know the evolutional, biological advantage of race mixing to realize that individual races' are actually doomed, are going to die out. The race of the future will be mixed. That is the logic of evolution. In the past folks were geographically isolated and evolved in particular geographic locations and developed certain genetic structures suited to the locations where they were. Africans have certain genetic structures fitted for adaptation to the African environment; whites for adaptation to the European environment etc. But now we live all over the world; common sense tells one that a combination of genes from all over the world would enable one to adapt to the new world reality.
It is projected that the USA would look brown in five hundred years as the various people mix up. Simply stated the humanity of the future would be mixed (as older civilizations such as Egypt are from the various race mixing).
If one is not mixed in the world of the future one would be at a disadvantage. Look at who is the president of the USA and Brazil, both mixed folks. I doubt that Americans would have voted for a pure black president for he would be too different from white folk (who are still the majority…people vote for people who are like them, not those different from them). In the last British election several blacks were elected to parliament most of whom are mixed.
The mixed population is the population of the future. Therefore, folks should marry from other races, not just white but Asians for that is the reality of the future. Staying within ones tribe or so-called race is Neanderthal (ish) behavior indicating lack of courage to leave ones world and mix with the wider world. Neanderthals die out, you know. Africans are dying out before our very eyes!
Try marrying a white woman and see the level of anger you would get from white men (you may be physically attacked) and to avoid such opposition timid Africans shy away from marrying whites. In the meantime just about any white man who wants a black woman has her! Most African women would jump at the opportunity to marry white men!

PS: I encourage my children to have Asian girl friends; that way they would have white, black and Asian children (Obama's father, a bird of a kind, very bright man, did the same hence Obama has siblings in China, Russia, Asia etc.); such is the future of the world.
