Subject: [Network Africa Sweden] LIBYA
The revolt that shakes Libya has been created by imperialism.
It is happening right now in Libya is a result of the threat of imperialism, which seeks to impose people of the world capitalist system, which is based on the division of humanity on the one hand the poor as yet in the 21st century are living in hardship, of the other the rich who hoard wealth created by the poor work and live in abundance and recklessness - that is, on the one hand the developed countries and on the other are those who are after.
In 1969, did the Libyan people led by Colonel Gaddafi, an auspicious hero, rebelled against King Idris, who ruled the country thanks to the capitalist great powers, which used the monarchy to raid Libya's oil and other assets.
The monarchy was overthrown, and a new era began for the Libyan people, that those days were among the poorest in the world and a majority were confined to living in the desert while the foreigners, most of whom were Italians, held in towns and country round about. The first measures taken by the victorious revolution undertook was to abolish the monarchy and to nationalize natural resources and the foreign military bases.
The next day summoned Gaddafi, the country's new leader, the ambassadors from Britain and the United States to inform them that their military establishments were nationalized. He turned to the British envoy and said: "From today Britain is no longer an empire where the sun never sets".
A short time later, the Libyan government to the oil price increased from $ 1.80 per barrel, which until then had been imposed by the imperialist powers, to $ 2.30 a barrel. In the capitalist countries, gasoline cost $ 25 a barrel. Influenced by Libya following the second OPEC Libya a few months later and also raised the price to $ 2.30 a barrel. For the first time realized the oil-producing countries that the oil belongs to them and that it is only they who should determine the price - definitely not the countries which import oil, and until then had ruled on the price. Subsequently, the price of oil constantly increased in order to reach just over 150 dollars a barrel, according to capitalist principles.
In 1977, Libya opened a new era by GREEN BOOK, THE THIRD UNIVERSAL THEORY. It only makes people responsible for their own destiny and gives it the primary role when it comes to doing business.
According to this theory, people choose the People's Congress, which has a mandate to develop government policy and to appoint members of the government. At the head of Libya is Colonel Muammar Gaddafi, who led the revolution of första September 1969.
The Libyan Revolution had a turnover in practice this theory, based on the people alone to manage his business, and attracted a huge success, and it lifted people out of ignorance and misery, and gave the knowledge and success in all areas.
The revolution introduced the equality of all citizens, women as well as men, and doing work to the only source of income. Education is compulsory for all men and women. The people have free health care and free medications. All businesses and farms are among those who work there. The revenue from these businesses and farms allocated among these parties: 1) State that collects fees, and 2) The employees of these companies and farms who are paid according to qualifications and actions. Other revenue is used to renew materials and keep facilities in good condition.
Another task that appears on a correct understanding of the Green Paper is about strengthening ties between the less developed countries so that they can better resist the imperialist powers, which creates the wealth plundering the assets of the underdeveloped countries by forcing them to remain in ignorance and poverty.
Libya therefore established diplomatic relations with other African countries and created with some of those special relationships in various fields, in 2009, when revolutionary leader, became president of the African Union, he suggested African leaders that the organization would adopt a new name: the United States of Africa. The Assembly decided that the proposal would be subjected to an in-depth study.
The events that Libya is now experiencing is therefore a consequence of the imperialist powers wishing to exploit developments in Tunisia and Egypt, and extend it to Libya, which they see as one of imperialism's worst enemies after the Soviet Union.
Let us consider, for example France, where the President or, rather, the pretend president named Sarkozy did not wait a single day to tell the world that France recognizes the so-called National Council of Libya, which has been created in Benghazi by the insurgents. This measure of Sarkozy in France's name is the crest of the imperialist powers' desire to end the revolution by the use of mercenaries, among them are the Libyan diplomats accredited in Paris, Washington and other capitals of capitalism. These vile individuals called imperialists "poor, miserable children who have not been attending school and now demand an end to dictatorship."
Since Sarkozy performed this act of the French people's names, went on the UN Security Council in the same spirit and decided to impose on Libya, a no-fly zone without first consult the General Assembly and also by other means in violation of international law, particularly concerning the ban on UN member countries to interfere in other countries' internal affairs.
UN Charter formulates how all Member States of the Organization shall be guaranteed equality and sovereignty and requires them to be "in their international relations, refrain from the threat or use of force either against another state's territorial integrity and against the independence or otherwise acting in breach UN purposes ". As stated in the Charter, Section 2:4. After explaining that the Statute "means the actions are illegal" unless it "matters which are essentially part of a state's national jurisdiction.
Libya is currently the continent's main democracy as the Greeks' definition. Democracy is not and could not be a system that tries to impose on the world of capitalism based on the division into two camps: on the one hand, capitalists and their henchmen who accumulate money - millions of dollars - through interest on capital and bonus, on the other, the working people, namely those who produce wealth and the extra wages which the capitalists and their associates accrue.
That explains why the capitalist states delight when they see events in Libya. They see where an unexpected opportunity to kill the revolution, which by the great Jamahiriyan has opened a new era for the Libyan people and thus for all people in developing countries.
To help save the Libyan revolution, which should be a foundation upon which we build our own revolution, we now send out an urgent appeal to all peoples in Africa, South America and Asia and to all people of Europe to stand up and condemn this attacks on Libya, a country that has made its resources available to its own people and the peoples of the three continents: they should take all necessary measures to help the Libyan people and its leader Muammar Gaddafi to thwart this new imperialist aggression.
This aggression proves what a Dutch parliamentarian has said, as has been reported by Professor Roeling from the University of Groningen: After mentioning the principles of Nations equality that the United Nations Charter states, he calls the United Nations "an organization where barbarians and halvbarbarer in power" and argues that the UN's development does not lead to "barbarians civilized" but to the contrary, "the UN is barbaric."
Again, the Security Council acted on the orders of the capitalist states in contravention of international law. With the use of this dubious decision in the Security Council has the capitalist states directed a series of air strikes against Libya, which has claimed many victims and destroyed dozens of companies.
The issue on the agenda now is the right of the imperialist powers invoked to impose the world of permanent war: the colonial wars in Vietnam, Cambodia, Indonesia, Cameroon, Equatorial Guinea, Namibia, Angola, Mozambique and Guinea-Bissau, which has caused at least ten million casualties. The U.S. imperialists, the British, the French and their warlike gear NATO war wounds on all continents, killing millions of people. In this way, the dew attacked Chile, Argentina, Panama, Cuba and Jamaica in the second half of the last century and caused hundreds of casualties.
Then there was the Middle East and Europe tour, it brought in the Middle attacks against Azerbaijan and Iran. For this shameful task used Arquiadas services.
After Gorbachev's betrayal and the Soviet Union became Azerbaijan's turn to fall into an anarchy that will come to an end only when a system of government established on the basis of equality of all citizens before the law and of their participation when laws are passed.
Then it was Iraq and its beloved leader Saddam Hussein's turn to feel the imperialist powers hatred: They embarked on war against the country and caused thousands of casualties among Iraqis. One of the victims was their president.
Then blazed conflicts in Europe, and the first goal of the NATO forces became Yugoslavia. They succeeded through a relentless war split the country into several small areas which could then be subjected to abuse from Western countries.
Soviet Union became the basis for globalization, a term which implies a subordination of all countries in the capitalist system. To achieve this, the war is the main tool against countries which refuse to submit to the tyranny of capital. These countries face a merciless war, and their leader is killed in battle or are sentenced to face the International Court for war crimes and crimes against humanity ", drawn up by the imperialist powers. This proves the truth of the statement made by a Dutch professor who was quoted above in which the United Nations convened an organization led by barbarians.
In view of this, we wonder why the leaders of those countries which have organized bloody war against the peoples of Vietnam, Cameroon, Chile, Argentina, Cuba, Panama, Jamaica and Nicaragua have never been confronted with this so-called "International court for war crimes and crimes against humanity ".
What right invokes the United States and other countries of NATO to impose on the world a constant fear by intimidation of distant countries like Iran, North Korea and even China, by accusations that they possess nuclear weapons, while U.S. is the only country in the world who have used atomic bombs against Japan, with hundreds of thousands of people were killed and an enormous destruction caused. U.S. is also a country that after the atrocities against the Japanese people have taken on the role as world policeman with nuclear bases on five continents.
No doubt can advise that the only possible answer to this question is that we now live in a world where the stronger team is more than ever.
Therefore emitting us an urgent appeal to all the peoples of Africa, South America, Asia, and to all the people to rise up to condemn this attack against Libya, a country that has put its assets in its people and the three continents of services and take all necessary measures to help the Libyan people and its leader Muammar Gaddafi to reject this new imperialist aggression.
Down with imperialism, the enemy of mankind!
Long live the great Libyan Jamahiriyah and its glorious leader Muammar Gaddafi!
