lecture delivered as part of the Dr. Sam Nujoma´s Annual Public
Lectures Series 2011. Halifah Sallah is a serious brother. As you may
have noticed although the topic of his lecture was "ISSUES THAT
AFFECT CONTEMPORARY AFRICA" he does not even once mention the name
Gaddafi. But he does that elsewhere, here:
