African Monitor launches the Development Support Monitor (DSM) 2011, a research publication which tracks development funding commitments and delivery by African Governments and their international development partners – and it does so from the perspectives of the poor; the grassroots communities. This year, the DSM is focusing on the theme, "Unlocking the African moment: A grassroots focused agenda"
