USA Africa Dialogue Series - Uganda to Pull out of International Missions ASAP

Minister of Security, Muruli Mukasa "Uganda is to pull out of all International Missions" These remarks have been made a few minutes ago  at Uganda Media Centre 

In my opinion an official statement coming soon - Our Boys and Girls have shed lots of Blood and yet Some people who are know it alls Object to that fact-  You are doing the right thing for
