Thanks Thandika and Chambi for your engagement with our work vis-a-vis the new western authors who are hogging the limelight on it, and the receptivity of the north to their version of the narrative which had offered.

Please note that Al Jazeera in the programme  South2North carried a panel on zim land with one of the authors of the Hanlon book, myself and a young female farmer between 21st and 24th June. The discussion highlights some of the concerns raised by Chambi and Thandika. But I was in a fix as I had to engage in a non-hostile manner but expose these authors' lack od depth on the subject.
