        TOFAC UPDATE

       WELCOME TO IBADAN

Dear participants, TOFAC is here and participants and special guests have started arriving in Ibadan, the ancient and historic city where Prof. Toyin Falola was born and bred.

        NOTES ON ARRIVAL,      

          REGISTRATION & PARTICIPANTS WHO ARE YET TO REGISTER FOR TOFAC  2013

ARRIVAL

LEAD CITY  UNIVERSITY opens for registration and accreditation of participants from 12.00 pm on Sunday 30th June  at the Conference Secretariat.

SPORTING FACILITIES

 The LEAD CITY  UNIVERSITY Sports Complex will  be open all through Sunday 30th June and through out TOFAC 2013. Life guards and instructors await participants who  arrive early on Sunday( Do pack your sports wear and swimming trunks).

ACCREDITATION

Participants who have paid have been allocated to rooms. Kindly come with an evidence of payment to facilitate the accreditation and  registration  exercise at the conference secretariat where all the conference materials will be handed to participants.This is for the purpose of double checking and verification.

PARTICIPANTS WHO ARE YET TO REGISTER

  After tremendous  pressure and complaints from participants , the  TOFAC board has decided to make provision for those who have been unable to pay into Ecobank for logistic and other reasons to to come to the  conference venue with their  Registration fees where bank officials will receive it.  Such participants have to notify me by phone calls or mails that they will be attending the conference to ease, facilitate and finalize logistics and planning.

International Participants

Plans are under way for prompt pick up of our international participants. Kindly notify us if there are changes in your itinerary.We will also notify you if there are fundamental changes in the pick up plans.
