RE: USA Africa Dialogue Series - Whether Buhari Or Jonathan We (The Nigerian Masses) Are Doomed

Governor Rotimi Amaechi of the Rivers State was speaking on behalf of a National Political Party, the APC and his statement was directed at the ruling PDP. It is wrong to equate his statement with that of *Niger Delta War Lords* who do not belong to any political party. Jonathan did not become President as a result of threat from the so called *Niger Delta War Lords*. Contrary to item 2 of Chidi Okpara's submission below, what the three former Niger Delta War Lords really said was, "Nigeria should prepare for war if Jonathan is not re-elected as President in the forthcoming election." They did not say if Jonathan is rigged out. It is noteworthy that the so called war lords are from the same ethnic group as Jonathan and if ethnicity were to be the ground on which the President of Nigeria is chosen, he would not have been elected in 2011 since his ethnic group are not in majority in Nigeria.

(1)The director-general of Buhari campaign organization, Governor Rotimi Amaechi said that if Buhari is rigged out of the 2015 Presidential election, that APC would form a parallel government.

(2) Three former Niger Delta warlords threatened that if Jonathan is rigged out of the 2015 Presidential election, that there would be a resumption of war.

Question: Who determines whether the election is rigged or not?

Since only one of the two major contestants would win, it then means that either way, the masses of Nigeria are doomed.
