The leadership of International Society for Civil Liberties & the Rule of Law wishes to reject strongly, the repeated promises by the Independent National Electoral Commission to give Nigeria and Nigerians "free, fair and credible elections" come February 14 and 28, 2015 respectively. Just yesterday, 1^st February, 2015, INEC, while "extending" the PVCs distribution for seven days (1^st to 8^th February, 2015) repeated its hoax promises of delivering free, fair and credible polls to Nigerians...............
