What is your point SO?
Was Buhari not sold as a man he has so far not proven to be? Did the Nigerian electorate not buy the sell if we go by the presidential election results? You characterize me falsely and without authority when you state " your idea of nothing good in Buhari is not a balanced subjectivity" Is your claim an opinion or a judgment? Who made you judge? Do you know anyone with nothing good about them? I do not.
Buhari is after all the "cleansing" president. He was sold as the laxative that will both relieve and prevent Nigeria's constipation- corruption. He should hit the ground running as I have suggested before. The man should declare his assets, make it public, and direct all who accept to work with him to do likewise within a short grace period. Would all the above not be impressive actualization of the transparency he promised? Then and only then will it be no longer be fair, necessary, and right to continue to have public conversations about what he owned or did not own on the day he took his oath of office as president, and whether or not he was corrupt before that day. Why is this too difficult for him to do?
I must remind you that Nigeria's elected president is like a dancing masquerade in the public square. Spectators are entitled to same or different opinions on how good a performer it is.
Buhari is president. I wish him well.

Yes, I believe so if some of you allow him. Your idea of nothing good in Buhari is not a balanced subjectivity. We need objectivity not subjectivity.
I think the man should be allowed a breathing space to outline his policies and means to deliver good services to all Nigerians. We all want our fair share from the pie.

Which general public? Does DY not know that property owners, including wily politicians do choose to live in rented apartments at one time or the other, for different reasons?
Buhari had to be sold to the Nigerian electorate. His campaign organization needed to construct a theme that will define the coordinates of its general message. It articulated one- Buhari is neither a corrupt or wealthy man. Going by the presidential election results, the Nigerian electorate bought the sell. End of story.
Why anyone paying attention believed that Buhari was who his supporters claimed him to be, and will remain so is beyond me. Is there anyone who is unaware of what was famously said about birds of the same feather?
I am just hoping that Buhari, unlike many of his predecessors in the office he presently occupies, sees the light if he has not already. He has a gifted opportunity to move Nigeria and Nigerians forward. Will he? That is the question.

Hear Dr. Obiwu Iwuanyanwu on his Facebook wall:
"A couple of weeks ago, some Buharist started spreading a rumor about how Buhari was shocked and dumbfounded on seeing Okorocha's supposedly N1b home in the Owerri suburb. "You are a criminal!" Buhari supposedly shouted in amazement at Okorocha. That cock-and-bull story quickly went viral, carried on especially by those who want the world to know how austere and spiritual their new savior Buhari is. Apparently no one knew at the time that the poor Buhari had a doubly expensive N2.1b home of his own quietly tucked away in the suburb of Abuja. The Buharist rumor mongers are mostly paupers and crumb pickers, who will lie to their own mothers to keep up a facade of their newfound god. One of them actually told me in the US two days ago that the Abuja house, just like the N10m wristwatch, belongs to Buhari's wife. "Who doesn't know that his wife is a wealthy business woman?" he said to me with a straight face. Really, I said. What business does she do to make that kind of money? "Does it matter?" he yelled at me in anger. "You guys are just troublemakers!" He quickly stormed out of the place. That's what Buharists do. When you catch them in a lie, they feign anger, start a fight, curse your mother, or storm out. That's how they won the election for their savior, by lying and cheating and threatening and name calling and even asking Boko Haram to blow up churches. Unfortunately, cowards and idiots like them bought their acting. But all these have their limits. Soon they will run out of ideas and showmanship and body doubles, and it will be time to look them in the eyes ask a simple question: How far? There is no Idiagbon to blame this time. That one had played his own part and died. Buhari will have to answer for himself this time. The loud mouthed hactivists do not even have the courage to talk about their planted VP, who has been effectively shut out."

Dr. Obiwu is spot on. This is really a commentary on how the new folks at Aso Rock are behaving. Badly. Buhari et al had many weeks to put together a professional team before the Inauguration. They obviously did not and/or have refused to use whatever they inherited. What Nigerians have gotten so far is stony silence from Aso Rock, leaving us to endure juvenile "It was gathered from reliable sources" tales from poorly educated wanna be media aides on social media. It would be foolish for anyone to get excited about any of the tales that we have heard so far about the Buhari's regime. When will there be a robust media team that will start putting out real information and quashing fake news? This is getting serious. For now we are left to wonder...
This is exceedingly disappointing. Nigerians deserve better than this black-out.
