I saw this on face book. I was angry and very disturbed. Thank God for new technologies. This was a big man slamming down a thin 14 year old clad in a bikini, face down and kneeling on her. This demands a civil suit. I don't live in the U.S. Any more but there must be civil rights groups who can sue this officer.

Casebolt pulled her up and slammed her back down onto the ground, forcing her onto her face.
Police said the video "raised concerns" and was being investigated.
