Hear Dr. Obiwu Iwuanyanwu on his Facebook wall:
"A couple of weeks ago, some Buharist started spreading a rumor about how Buhari was shocked and dumbfounded on seeing Okorocha's supposedly N1b home in the Owerri suburb. "You are a criminal!" Buhari supposedly shouted in amazement at Okorocha. That cock-and-bull story quickly went viral, carried on especially by those who want the world to know how austere and spiritual their new savior Buhari is. Apparently no one knew at the time that the poor Buhari had a doubly expensive N2.1b home of his own quietly tucked away in the suburb of Abuja. The Buharist rumor mongers are mostly paupers and crumb pickers, who will lie to their own mothers to keep up a facade of their newfound god. One of them actually told me in the US two days ago that the Abuja house, just like the N10m wristwatch, belongs to Buhari's wife. "Who doesn't know that his wife is a wealthy business woman?" he said to me with a straight face. Really, I said. What business does she do to make that kind of money? "Does it matter?" he yelled at me in anger. "You guys are just troublemakers!" He quickly stormed out of the place. That's what Buharists do. When you catch them in a lie, they feign anger, start a fight, curse your mother, or storm out. That's how they won the election for their savior, by lying and cheating and threatening and name calling and even asking Boko Haram to blow up churches. Unfortunately, cowards and idiots like them bought their acting. But all these have their limits. Soon they will run out of ideas and showmanship and body doubles, and it will be time to look them in the eyes ask a simple question: How far? There is no Idiagbon to blame this time. That one had played his own part and died. Buhari will have to answer for himself this time. The loud mouthed hactivists do not even have the courage to talk about their planted VP, who has been effectively shut out."

Dr. Obiwu is spot on. This is really a commentary on how the new folks at Aso Rock are behaving. Badly. Buhari et al had many weeks to put together a professional team before the Inauguration. They obviously did not and/or have refused to use whatever they inherited. What Nigerians have gotten so far is stony silence from Aso Rock, leaving us to endure juvenile "It was gathered from reliable sources" tales from poorly educated wanna be media aides on social media. It would be foolish for anyone to get excited about any of the tales that we have heard so far about the Buhari's regime. When will there be a robust media team that will start putting out real information and quashing fake news? This is getting serious. For now we are left to wonder...
This is exceedingly disappointing. Nigerians deserve better than this black-out.
