NOTICE TO CONFERENCE DELEGATES
Dear Delegates,
As we move closer to the commencement of the conference, please take note of the following important information
1. PICK UP AT THE AIRPORT:
For those who have sent us the flight details, we have made arrangement with the Hotel, (Burgers Park Hotel) to pick you on arrival at the OR Thabo International Airport in Johannesburg. As soon as you are cleared from the Immigration section, you will see Hotel Staff who will display TOFAC 2015. He will be the one to take you to the Hotel. If you have not sent your travel details, please do so immediately
2. HOTEL RESERVATION RECEIPT:
Please ensure that you bring along your hotel reservation or payment receipts. This is the only evidence to show that you have a place to stay. The Immigration officials will want to see this as well as your return tickets

Please remember to tell the Immigration officials that the Conference is being organised by the Thabo Mbeki African Leadership Institute, Institute of Global Dialogue and Archie Mafeje Research Institute in University of South Africa, Pretoria)
5. WEATHER CONDITION IN PRETORIA
It is Winter time, which means that the weather is very cold at about an average of 17 degree Celsius. Please come with winter clothes
6. DRAFT CONFERENCE PROGRAMME
The draft programme will be made available to you early next week. Please endeavour to submit your papers so that your name can be reflected in the programme
7. VISAs
