By Chidi Anthony Opara
A new war is here,
A new holy war.
A new jihad is here,
Jerking our senses
Already jarred,
Sane humans sneer at us.
The hairless labia of minors
Forcefully
Crossed from cross to crescent
Ache from assaults
From the penises
Of turbanned rapists.
The forced
Festivals of love ,
The ballooned bellies
Were ordeals endured,
The forced motherhood
A sorrowful chore.
The raped minors
Huddle inside harems
Mourning virginities stolen
And once. bright futures
Blighted.
