Campus sexual harassment bill is all about deploying the sexual organs to achieve extra-marital pleasure and to attain meritorious and non-meritorious goals. Thus the Congress wanted to impeach him for lying on oath. However, Bil Clinton explained to the Congress that he only stocked his penis inside the mouth of Monica and subsequent ejaculation resulted in flushing her mouth with sperm and on withdrawing his penis from her mouth, drops of sperms fell on her gown. Congress freed Bil Clinton from impeachment on the ground that counterfeit sex as performed by Clinton was immoral but did not constitute sexual intercourse since his penis never touched or penetrated Monica Lewinsky's vagina. Many people think stealing money is capitalism and therefore, stealing money should not be criminalised. I beg to disagree.
