Nigeria is NOT bankrupt ( except maybe in ideas where it matters)

1. As per the CBN our foreign reserves is $25  Billion as at August 2016

2. We still have the technical and operating capacity to produce more than 2 million bopd. 

3. Non oil sector represents more than 70% of our GDP. 

Our problems lie elsewhere

If this is the case who would pay market price for an item put up for sale

by a financially distressed seller when he or she can get it cheaper in a fire sale!

I am surprised this gargantuan decision to sell our assets is not being debated more vigorously by Nigerians.

How much are we looking to raise?
Which assets are we looking to sell?
Why & how is 'sale ' more beneficial than other options?
Where are all the recovered billions in stolen loot factored into this budget gap?

Btw what will we sell in 2017 & 2018 to fund those budgets?
