Thanks Prof Akinyemi for a wonderful paper; and Prof Ayo for a tidy commentary. 
Stimulating and engaging. And very true. A little way yet to go before 
Nigeria escapes its "In-dependence," as per Sarah Ladipo Manyika; and its various entrenched abuses. 
Awareness and Will are the base-line.  One still feels heavily the yoke of lead.
