Are these lifetime achievement awards, Gloria?
If not, Soyinka hasn’t really done significant work lately, as far as I know
But in cinema you could mention afolayan, who has made a very big mark on neonollywood films; if it is lifetime, I’d probably want kelani to be in there.
If it is for impact on cinema, probably Sissako would have to be one of the top contenders, especially because of Timbuktu.
If it is literature, adichie, forna, cole, are important. I would look first to the women since your list emphasizes men.
