USA Africa Dialogue Series - Forgiveness Ceremony Unites All Americans at Standing Rock (Spirit of the River)

A mosaic analysis on an important chunk of American and native American History connects the thread of the human family. This story has been told a hundred and thousand times from a hundred and thousand perspectives, but never from this view. It is not ironic, that the story of America begins with the dream of India.

The Forgiveness Ceremony that Unites All-Americans at Standing Rock (Spirit of the River) is part of a program that brings African Kings together with Native American Chiefs to explore the role of culture in sustainable development.

Oba Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi Ojaja II, The Ooni of Ife, opened the inaugural event of the Spirit of Peace program at the African Union in New York.
