It's ill conceived to move your foundation out of Nigeria because of some stupid Nigerians on Social Media who supposed to be attacking the looters in Nigeria but talking stupid and ignorant about some green card. It's not those stupid Nigerians that will suffer, it's the ordinarily people who don't understand what the whole thing is all about that such move will badly affect. I will advise you to reconsider the move.

Soyinka:Some Nigerians are just stupid. I thought you knew that. If I were you, I would pay them no attention. Stupid is their middle name and Stupidity is their stock in trade. They don't know that millions in America said the same thing you said to show disdain for Trump. But that does not mean they are moving out of America to another country or renouncing their citizenship. It just means how repugnant Trump is and how repulsive they think Trump as President is. Everyone in America and around the world knows Trump's presidency is a nightmare and a disaster; it's a catastrophe waiting to happen.Trump knows nothing about public administration, government or foreign policy. He does not know anything about diplomacy. Trump is a racist. Trump is full of malapropism and he is consistently inconsistent. He contradicts himself at every opportunity. He wants to run his business with government. Currently, he has a lease of 60 years with the federal government on the land he built the Trump Hotel in Washington, DC and wants to be the President at the same time. That is a conflict of interest. The lease he signed prevents any government official from benefiting from government land. Furthermore, he doesn't want to put his business in a blind trust. He said a President cannot have a conflict of interest.He twits and attacks anyone on Twitter. He is a Twitter-in-Chief rather than a Commander-in-Chief. Being an American President is like being the World President. It's a 24/7 job. It's an enormous task which he is not prepared for.Furthermore, He is not good at business either. He only uses his name which he stamps on other peoples' properties to make money. And right now his name is bad for businesses that bear his name since the beginning of his candidacy. Businesses in America and around the world that bear his name lost business by 20%, since his candidacy. People using his name are now running away from it, because of the amount of loss he caused them. The name TRUMP is bad for business. Furthermore, TRUMP name on businesses has since changed to SCION by the Trump Properties in all of their new hotels, because everyone is running away from the TRUMP name.Over 4.7 million people in America as of today have now signed a petition asking for electors to dump Trump as President on December 19, 2016, when the Electoral College supposed to meet and elect the president. As of today, Hillary Clinton, has garnered over 2.3 million in Popular Votes over Trump. Furthermore, recounts have begun in three states namely: Wisconsin, Michigan and Pennsylvania which were precipitated by some Computer Scientists in the United States who suspected that election system in those three states might have been hacked by Russia which wanted to influence the American election from day one. The substantial number of Popular Vote won by Clinton who supposedly lost the Electoral College Vote, has never happened in modern history of America. Even Al Gore only got thousands in Popular Vote over George Bush, not millions.The whole Electoral College concept in the American Political System is sheer stupidity. You can't have Popular Vote and Electoral Vote at the same time. It's a contradiction. I don't know what the so-called founding fathers of America were drinking at the time which distorted their thoughts. They must be drinking some kind of Burukutu or KaiKai. I've said this since the 70s. It betrays the concept of Democracy. Democracy is all about majority vote and majority rule and any candidate with majority votes in a democracy should be the winner.Electoral College is akin to the 12-2/3 stupidity that Nigeria entrenched in the 1979 Constitution that Richard Akinjide stupidly argued in court and ushered in Shagari and his looting administration in 1979.However, Nigeria has since learned from their stupidity and dumped the concept in the 1999 Constitution. Unfortunately, some stupid Nigerians would rather celebrate their stupidity by asking Soyinka to destroy his green card than face the economic problem that has bedeviled Nigeria and looters and thieves that plundered the economy.Stupid is what Stupid says. You can't rescue Stupid Nigerians from their Stupidity. Mr Soyinka had earlier used the term to describe his decision to quit the U.S.He, however, said he has not decided the nature the "Wolexit 2" may take as it could either be internal (which would see him withdrawing to his Abeokuta sanctuary, Ijegba), external, or mixed.Describing the whole controversy as a "theatre of the absurd," Mr. Soyinka said he was puzzled that it was something even worth the fuss it generated."I hope to leave here today with a little knowledge. I'm puzzled and I don't know what the fuss is all about," he said."Why do you wail more than the bereaved? I'm addressing these illiterates who feel they want to make themselves heard."He said destroying his Green Card was not the first time he had undertaken such gesture to express his reservation over certain issues.Mr. Soyinka narrated how he destroyed his national medal during a protest at the Race Course (also known as Tafawa Balewa Square) in Lagos during a protest he undertook with late Tai Solarin."I took out my national honour medal and I stamped on it. I could have done something else but I would be accused of indecent exposure," he said."Trump is not really my problem. What really matters is the rhetoric that got him there especially against Nigerians."People react in their own ways and I don't go fighting them for it. Expression is not only by words but it (is) also be actions. When I take such actions, I don't want people on behalf of whom we took these actions to express themselves in vulgar manner.He particularly came hard of Nigerians making commentaries about his threat to destroy his Green Card on social media, describing them as "slugs", "millipedes", "imbeciles", "Barbarians, and "blabbermouths"."Barbarians are taking the opportunity of the anonymity of the internet to take over the country"What is the business of any stupid Nigerian to open his or her mouth to challenge my right? Did you get the Green Card for me? The arrogance of Nigerians is overwhelming. Where does this arrogance come from? What right do they have to tell me that I have no right to take a decision in a particular way? What right do they have? Who are you giving orders? I didn't take orders from Sani Abacha, what right do they have to give me order?"I shall move my residency out of NigeriaMr Soyinka subsequently said he has decided to move the Soyinka foundation residency out of Nigeria as a response to the "unwarranted" commentaries generated by the Green Card issue."I'm embarrassed that I'm occupying the same nation space with these imbeciles. You have to deal with power and have to deal with those who have to deal with power. Nigerians should realise how ridiculous they make themselves. The Nigerian personal is gaining notoriety all over the world. That is why Trump latched on the existing narrative."You want to see evidence? I will put it on Ogun shrine because I live on Ogun principles."Something has to give. There will be certain actions I might take or refuse to take as a result of this. There has to be a significant event on my side in response to the obscene and unwarranted attacks."I'm going to move the residency of my foundation out of the country. I have already started it. It is my property. I am moving my foundation out of Nigeria," he said.
