The chief of thieves must ensure that each of the gentlemen gets his due or fair share of the loot. The getaway driver is no less important than the amourer, and the shooter(s) no more important than the scout. A criminal Enterprise like most states is established by force and maintained by violence. The Chief, therefore must be ready to deploy force to maintain morale and discipline.
