"Your point number three is totally false. The issue of local government creation in Lagos State was settled by the supreme court. The court recognised the right of states government to create local government within their jurisdictions. The process requires the national assembly to list the newly created local governments in the constitution which would require constitutional amendment."
You said that my point was false and ended up saying what I said in a different way.
The created local government areas can only become legitimate (recognized) when the National Assembly (through constitution amendment) approves the creation. This was at the point Tinubu and others had the problem. Others reverted but Tinubu refused to revert hence the seizure of allocations by the Federal government on the fears that he would use the allocations to finance operations in the illegitimate local government areas.
So, where is the falsehood?
CAO.
