South Africa's educational system is undergoing some reforms that can enhance the student's life and outlook on education. I also agree that maybe implying this rule of making it mandatory could increase attendance and maybe the student's performance, but I also believe that the circumstances are different. Maybe a rule that is implied somewhere else will not provide the same results. I think that the best thing to do would be to create a new rule for the people specifically in that area.

This article is about South Africa's educational system. Improvements are being made within schools to better enhance the students' learning experience. However, it seems like their may be some difficulties getting the students to go to school or stay in school. Boards of education in the US make it mandatory for students to attend school, and I believe that this requirement is necessary as it'll only benefit the child. However, if this rule becomes implemented in the South African educational system, they'd have to make school more accessible to all of its students. It would require a lot of money and other resources to make this happen. But investing in the younger generation could bring about greater success for the country in the long run.
