Why hasn't the United States of America elected a female president at all in all of its existence in spite of the fact that it is the bastion of contemporary feminism?

Subject: USA Africa Dialogue Series - Why haven't the cradle of Yoruba Race (Ile-Ife) appointed a female King after Queen Luwoo?
Ile-Ife is the city where the Yorubas believe their civilization began as well as the location where their gods descended to earth. The name, Ile-Ife, literally means place of dispersion. The Yoruba culture gives little and in most cases, no room for a woman to be crowned king.but many might not know this, but they once had a female king.
