Howdy,
This November, an estimated 7,000 Black+ engineers, venture capitalists, recruiters, and tech and culture enthusiasts will come together for the 2020 AfroTech World virtual conference.
Please encourage youth/someone to apply for a Google Conference Scholarship to attend AfroTech. The deadline to apply is October 11.
About the scholarship program: Google believes a diversity of attributes, experiences, and perspectives are needed to build tools that can change the world. Everyone deserves an opportunity to pursue connections in the industry, networking with peers, and a career path in technology. To help break down the barriers that prevent underrepresented groups in technology and business from attending leading conferences, Google offers scholarships for selected conferences in the tech industry and related fields, such as AfroTech.
Apply by October 11 at goo.gle/AfroTech2020scholarship. Please feel free to share this with other amazing folks you think may be interested in applying too!
