Standing behind nigerian professionals by
Augustine Togonu-Bickersteth
Professionals are crucial to the workings of a democracy.
.amongst other attributes
They are noted for being societally conscious,
We cannot afford to toy with idea of most of our prized professionals
leaving nigeria for greener pastures,
What is to be done?
My suggestion. For top notch and world class education,
Let the NNPc and Central bank stand behind nigerian
professionals, also in terms of education, training, business finance and
scaling up,,same with the foreign affairs ministry, high commission amd
embassy such that they could bid for jobs or projects any here in the
world including the choicest projects with the understanding that they
would repatriate at least 95 percent of their profits back to nigeria
