To my children: Beloved, I hope that you heard of the tragedy of Professor Jason Arday formerly at Cambridge University. I want you to know that as highly talented Africans, there will be jealous and racist people who will be pleased to see you fail. Always forgive them and show love to yourself by team-working to achieve even more success without working too hard and by sharing the fruits of your success with the less fortunate without neglecting your own needs.
