The 'end welfare as we know it' deepened the poverty of many poor people,
with African-Americans overrepresented in the pool of the poor. Now tell
me which 'other worthy causes' did he trade for such a disastrous policy?
Please name one or 2 and, as an economist, I will give you numbers for the
personal and social costs of such a disastrous policy. From the top of my
head i will name the stoppage of the war in Sierra Leone. There is no
other comparable policy I can name. Please help me out.

Moses pointed out the other day that when you started hating Barack he had
no policy that one could hate because he was simply a junior senator. The
main reason for your morbid hatred of the man is your belief that he did
not vote rightly on an issue concerning Sierra Leone.
It is quite embarrassing that a great mind like yours will be stuck in
such a vindictive hole, disregarding all accomplishments of the man. For
the purpose of full disclosure i am an original supporter and an admirer.
But the good Lord knows how much I detest the use of drones and the surge
in the Afghan war. But which American president will not look for wars?
Romney actually wants to bomb Iran, has declared Jerusalem the capital of
Israel,and is quite likely to extend and/or continue with the foreign
wars. But you are sooooo stuck on your single issue Sierra Leone policy
that some of us are beginning to call your scholarship ( and there are
many) into question. So sad!!
