Subsequent to my last mail to you, on this listserve and on checking a
while ago I found to my surprise that my mentor, Ondo man Salimonu
Kadiri's piece is there with a slightly different title.,This time
it's "Achebe's Igbos Before Others Fairy Tales"
Mentor he certaily is and a goldmine of information too, which does
not mean to say that as an Honourable Yoruba man I only listen to him
wholeheartedly and with all my critical faculties in abeyance.
The piece - certainly based on facts without bias and of course a
historian's perspective.....
