The Torah Scholars can split hairs as much as they like about the Prime Minister's use or misuse of The Blessings and the Curses, or his quest for peace - to seek it and pursue it but as was to be expected Prime Minister Netanyahu's UN address wasn't exactly apologetic - he did not fly all the way to the UN Headquarters in New York to cry about civilian deaths in Gaza, his Israeli settlers on the rampage in Judea and Samaria, the elimination of the Hamas leadership in Tehran , and the decimation of the higher echelons of Hezbollah Commanders in Lebanon. He did not ascended the podium to deliver with an awesome voice like that of Paul Robeson , nor can we say there he stood "a friend of all and an enemy of none" because it was so well timed that no sooner had holy Netanyahu finished his rap to the UN Assembly than the Satanic megatons of bunker-busting bombs were already being dropped on Hezbollah's Headquarters in Beirut , the capital of Lebanon.
For the latest reaction to that latest bombardments we'd have to eavesdrop on what the war council of the Supreme Leader and his revolutionary guards are saying at Headquarters in Tehran or make do with what's available at PressTV :

Insofar as Nigeria does not seem to be making any moves to join BRICS, that's more than enough reason why all should be quiet on the Western Front with regard to any bad impy intentions towards Nigeria.

The annual UN General Assembly jamboree kicked off on 22nd of September, the 79th Session to be precise and here's The Speaker's rostrum at the 79th Session of the UN General Assembly - the major speakers from the major nations trooped to the podium but so far there have been no fireworks - the speakers from the minor nations ( those without nuclear weapons) also troop to the speaker's podium to discharge their tireless tirades but are being more or less simply ignored. That's what happens when all you have is talk but no real power.
Yesterday, it was Cyril Ramaphosa lecturing the world body on morality and immorality with regard to what's going on in the troubled Middle East, and today when Mahmoud Abbas took the microphone to inform the world that not one centimetre of Gaza will be ceded, the assembly was half empty.
Tomorrow it will be Netanyahu's turn to speak and as expected he will be preaching against Hamas, Hezbollah , Iran - perhaps appealing directly to his brother-in-arms and best buddy Donald Trump who has been crying lately that Iran wants to do him in. You remember Baby Bush crying that Saddam had tried to assassinate his dad? Of course, Trump's response to the alleged threat must sound like divine music to the ears of the Israeli warhead:

We have been made to understand that for the ordinary American voters their own personal economy is most important and to that end Lady Kamala is promising some candy to the lower and middle classes - without going into any specific details about how she hopes to finance the poverty relief by some Robin Hood taxes. No wonder she's being called "a Marxist", " a communist" , "deranged " , "an extreme left lunatic" etc.
