A succinct and pointed masterpiece though it implicitly points toward Globalism as an answer. In general, every sovereign nation potentially has a political-cultural relationship with many or several other nations; a viable relationship can develop country by country (not Globally). We should apply the same approach to Africa -- nation by nation, NOT continent-wide. Hence Afrocentrism has never worked (though at best it generates superficial or empty joy. International geo-politics AIN'T Checkers anymore. High time we upped our our game: Go with Chess or Omaha Poker. Hence my interest in what my sub-discipline calls "mereology" (but I call "mereotics"). Aka set theory (game theory) which has the capacity to relate productively to individual groups (large or small). Set theory supplements binary logic. Of course, the logic of game theory relates multi-laterally. Logic AIN'T the answer but AN ANSWER.
