Imagine an ocean, stretching beyond sight on all sides:front, back, left and right.
The watery infinity ripples gently as it lies still and quiet.
You can set the scene as you like:the golden glow of sunset, the radiance of noon, the cool shining of the sun at early morning,or the dim light of twilight.
Imagine it in such a way that you seem to be there physically.
You dont need to believe these ideas.Only to imagine them.
Perhaps as you sink in you see sea creatures of various kinds, from small fish to the massive bulk of whales.
You keep sinking till you reach the ocean bottom.

Imagine that you are positioned above the ocean, looking at it from above.

Don't strain to imagine it.The more relaxed you are about it,the better.
As you watch the still surface of the ocean from your position above it

Imagine that this ocean is alive.
Imagine that it is conscious.Imagine that just as you are aware of yourself,it is aware of itself.
You dont need to believe these ideas.Only to imagine them.
To imagine that, just think about the idea.
Imagine that you descend into the ocean, slowly sinking into the depths.
Perhaps as you sink in you see sea creatures of various kinds, from small fish to the massive bulk of whales.
You keep sinking till you reach the ocean bottom.
Sit for some time in this silent, serene place, enclosed in the bosom of the majestic immensity.
Relax.Enjoy the serene space as the ocean flows into the distance beyond sight.

When you are satisfied, imagine yourself slowly rising to the surface.
Imagine yourself break the surface and move towards where you are sitting in meditation.Imagine yourself enter your body.

Remain calm, without speaking or moving for as long as you like so as to assimilate the affects of the meditation.
