The Appeal Court, Ibadan which reserved judgment in the case on November 1, 2010 has issued hearing notice to all parties in the case stating that the judgment would be delivered tomorrow, Friday 26th November, 2010. All parties in the case have confirmed receipt of the hearing notice.
