Requirements
The Resource(s) will provide testing and quality assurance services for the project and will have access to all required testing materials. 
The project is for implementing a web-based electronic health record, personal health record, and health information exchange
 
The Resource(s) will perform all testing and quality assessment responsibilities as defined in this Agreement throughout the term of the contract. 
The Resource(s) may actively participate in testing meetings, create tests, execute tests, log results and keep metrics, and contribute testing expertise to all remaining phases of the project.
 
Required Skill Area:
Previous experience in providing testing services with Wyoming Medicaid, specifically the Medicaid Management Information System
Extensive experience with Wyoming Medicaid's healthcare industry
Expertise in electronic health record functions
Extensive experience in healthcare related concepts and configuration and management
Specific experience in supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts
A clinical resource, as needed, with extensive knowledge of:
HL7 interface and integration
Continuity of Care Document (CCD)
Healthcare related concepts, configuration, and management
 
Responsibilities:
The Resource(s) will be responsible for providing testing and quality assurance services to ensure that all appropriate test cases have been satisfactorily addressed. 
These services will ensure that the new  system meets the current and planned business needs. 
 
Development and execution of various test artifacts for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) (test scenarios, test runs, test cases, and test scripts)
Perform Ad-hoc testing
Keeping detailed testing records and evidence of pass/fail for each test case
Providing reports as requested including daily testing summaries
Development UAT Validation Strategy to define and support the validation efforts
Test the system to verify it meets IT Policies
