Overall Summary of the Job:
Perform the role of Project Test Manager for the upcoming LEM ( Limit Exposure and Monitoring System) and Raven (Risk Engine) implementations. Log and track status of outstanding test items and error logs. Act as liaison between Local Business Project Team (CMAC), IT and Group Risk Project Management Team. Document status of UATs and Implementations to provide user documentation and documentation for Local Regulatory inquiries.
Length of assignment would be on a full-time, daily fee, consultancy basis through end May 2011
Primary Responsibilities/Essential Functions:

Track and monitor status of all outstanding Test Logs
Liaise between the involved parties as outlined in the Overall Summary;
Document Test strategies, benchmarks, milestones and implementation status of projects.
Decision-Making Responsibility:
In terms of Decision Making Responsibility the candidate will be required to independently manage their time as well as ensure that all critical items are given proper attention and addressed in a satisfactory time scale. As such, the candidate will be responsible for prioritizing outstanding items (in conjunction with the local project members) and providing updates to the local project team as to the status of outstanding items as well as following up on these items with the appropriate business and IT owners.
Preferable BA degree in business, finance, or related field or equivalent experience.
Proven financial, communications, systems, interpersonal, analytical, lateral thinking and managerial skills.
Prior Project Management experience
Knowledge of Traded Markets products and credit risk..
