tt Thank you JUI, we are in deed worshiping people that has made our nation poor. This is say ing the least painful. Well Tinubu used Lagos state funds to secure election victory in Osun and, Ekiti states in the court room. This to my mind is because he was outmuscled and outwitted by those who are better than him in the rigging business. Ask Tinubu how much is his budget for coming voters' registratio n exercise? That is where their rigging process always start. I think leadership should not be measured by the end the results but also by the means.Tinubu at least cannot be my leader. You can understand why Lanlehin will worship Tinubu,he chooses those that represent the party-ACN- not the congress. Africans wallow in this parochial tribal hegemony that some leaders have used to abuse society and citizens. It looks like Africans dont understand or appreciate the value of modern national Govts in a soverign nation; the cave-dom psychology remains an unquenchable impluse in Africans; and so they apparently lack the confidence to out-grow the insecurity of personality worshipping. It is clear that these TRIBAL LEADERS dont guard against external domination of people; rather, they consistently sell out selfishly and opportunistically. These ethnic Lieges dont care or commit to societal development; rather, they loot public treasuries and amass unneeded riches just out of GREED! The nefarious Ethnicism practiced by some of the tribal leaders contribute to Nigerian problems. Just my candid opinion on this issue of floating tribal leaders. Take care all. Happy Holidays! JUI

Tinubu is leader of Yoruba, says Lanlehin
(NOTE: TINUBU NOT BANKOLE, THE YORUBA HIGHEST POLITICAL OFFICE HOLDER)
For pulling the Southwest from the grip of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Oyo State Action Congress of Nigeria( ACN) governorship aspirant, Chief Femi Lanlehin, has described former Lagos State governor, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, as the leader of the Yoruba. Lanlehin declared this in a chat with reporters after his tour of the 33 local governments in the state. He said the doggedness and true democratic culture being spread by the former Lagos State Governor is gradually eclipsing the violent, primitive and outdated political style of the PDP in the zone. He called on the ACN leader not to relent in his efforts to bring light to the entire geo-political zone but to double his efforts in setting the remaining states free from the ruling PDP. Lanlehin used the forum to restate that he was not fronting for the former President, Olusegun Obasanjo or the PDP. He said he decided to join other progressives in the zone to bring political freedom which had eluded the Yoruba since the PDP forcefully took over power in 2003. M. Lawal Ishaq Esq.,
