The truth is, compared to Buhari, Fola Adeola is not much. He is a billionair, no doubt, but one cannot say much of his electoral value. Has he ever contested an election? The good thing is that he is deputy and is of not much consequence in the over all thing.
Good luck to all of them sha.
Let the best person win, for the sake of Naija.---Triple A
Triple A;
Nigeria probably tops the list of nations with the largest proportion of the
top bankers who are billionaires--regardless of the currency denomination!
How do bankers in Nigeria become billionaires so fast--ala Fola Adeola,
Erastus Akingbola. Cecilia Ibru etc?
It is probably neither from their 6 or 7 figure salaries--nor from the hefty bonuses earned
through ownership of the shares in the banks they manage.
The answer to the origin of the wealth of Nigeria's billionaire bankers is blowing out there
in the wind for all to see.
In contrast how many ordinary Nigerians, including shrewd savers and investors
have become millionaires (not to mention billionaires) after decades of loyal dealings
with their banking institutions?
There are probably more fish in the infested waters of the Nigerian banking industry
to be caught by Lamido Sanusi's hooklines.

The race for Aso Rock in April 2007 is no longer about the best person winning the Presidency.
I doubt if there is any more mystery about who will win the Presidential elections in April.
GEJ will win convincingly in the first round of balloting (with or without rigging) not necessarily due
to his talents, (he is not the best in the race) but basically due to a lack of viable opposition
candidates.
This is because potentially formidable and better opposition candidates are collapsing either
because they are broke, lack the necessary campaign organizational skills or because
they have made the wrong choices in the choice of their running mates.
If I were GEJ, I would also be trumpeting this idea:
"Do not rig for me Nigerians;
I know I can win this race even with my hands tied behind my back
I have no serious challengers;
Those who have the resources
to put up a credible challenge are either blinded by their rascality
or inordinate selfish ambitions that they are no longer competitive;
Those who are more wholesome and are potentially more formidable
opponents are either broke or have made enough
wrong choices and unforced errors that they could be counted out of the race.
So please do not rig for me Nigeria
Rigging will only diminish the sanctity of my assured victory
I want a clean victory"
-- from Ola not necessarily an endorsement
of GEJ but really facing the reality of the choices facing Nigerians
in April 2011.
And the above is the truth as I see it at this stage of the campaign--
late by international standards but probably still early by Nigerian
standard.
GEJ looks unstoppable for now. Any wagers?
