USA Africa Dialogue Series - 50,000 of Gaddafi's prisoners "missing"

Dark things have been happening in Libya.

The last we heard was Saif al-Islam Gaddafi turning up and saying that
they had broken the backbone of the rebels in Tripoli …..although we
see no signs of this.

And now this report that 50,000 of Gaddafi prisoners are "missing":
