The effects of Climate Change are complex requiring global, regional and national interventions and cannot be handled by a single ministry or government. This book has been compiled by the Institute of Law and Environmental Governance (ILEG) to detail all institutions that are in one way or another handling the effects of Climate Change. The book has briefs on organizations in Kenyathat seek to generate information about vulnerability, risks and uncertainties as well as communicate robust recommendations that can help to integrate Climate Change adaptation and mitigation into risk management and development. The media form part of organisations that are raising awareness on Climate Change .Journalists from various media houses have been trainedto mainstream environmental reporting and climate issues to influence policy and legislative processes in the country and the region with the hope of enhancing environmental conservation efforts.
