Boko Haram threat against Soyinka: We shall attack business interests of the caliphate, says Oodua Group.

Ibadan, February, 08, 2012 The Oodua Liberation Movement, (OLM) has said that any attack by the Boko Haram on Nobel Laureate Professor Wole Soyinka will only hasten the impending doom in Nigeria. In a statement on Tuesday, the OLM Secretary for Organisation, Sunday Akinnuoye and Assistant Secretary for Organisation Mr Leye Akindara said the group views the threat by Boko Haram to attack Soyinka as the "epic of extreme madness and a call to war" by Boko Haram.' OLM also described the Boko Haram  group  as a bunch of blood-thirsty anarchists.
"The threat or plan to attack Soyinka is a direct assault on Yoruba civilization. Prof Soyinka has spent the greater part of his youth and adult life defending human liberty and the most cherished principles of democracy. If Boko Haram attacks Soyinka, the OLM will hold the Hausa-Fulani elders and their business concerns solely responsible.
"We believe in the philosophy of proportional response. Any attack on Soyinka is an attack on the Yoruba people. We already consider this threat as equivalent of an attack," the group stated. On the death sentence passed on El-Mustapha, the former CSO to the late Gen Sanni Abacha, OLM said the judgment must be implemented "swiftly and decisively."
The group stated "We support the death sentence passed on a man who has wasted many souls. A man who fed animals with the flesh of Nigerians. The condemnation of the death sentence by the Northern caliphate is a criminal action that smacks of hypocrisy.

According to the OLM, the terrorist group Boko Haram has no ideology but driven by the loss of power by the hegemonic Northern caliphate. "We say it without fear of contradiction that Boko Haram is a tool of the Northern caliphate. This has been demonstrated clearly by the choice of the group's chief negotiator. Nothing confirms the parochial ethnic agenda of this group than the fact that it has spared communities inhabited by Hausa-Fulani Christians while Yoruba and Northern minority Muslims have been direct victims of the group's campaign of bloody terror." OLM said the Northern caliphate was responsible for the decimation of humanity in Nigeria simply because of its "callous pursuit of greed and avarice."
If the group attacks any Yoruba or Itsekiri person, we shall hold the Hausa-Fulani oligarchy and their business interests across Nigeria sole responsible for the attack.  OLM said it is not opposed to a group campaigning for ethnic interest, but said such campaigns should be waged within the confines of international laws and convention. "Our position has always being that Nigeria is not a nation. We support anything that will lead to the collapse of the evil empire called Nigeria, since the country thrives on the blood of innocent people, however, we would prefer the division of the country to be done in a peaceful way. However, with the campaign of terror by the Boko Haram sect, we urge the Yoruba people to prepare for the worse scenario. "We can see clearly that there is a sharp contest between those who want to keep Nigeria under their jackboots and those forces that cherish human liberty and democratic values. This is like light and darkness which can never live together."

Hmmm

Now u see what I've always been talking about here, is it not the height of an insult for this canivores up north to threaten Our Own Wole soyinka ? Eewo orisa.

I stand to be corrected that the life of one wole soyinka cannot be equated to that of all 19 Northern Governors, their senators , Emirs and subjects put together.

Is it now not clear that we should have at least reciprocated by not only bringing down their ill acquired business interests but also felling some of them en masse across south west ?

I believe attack is d best form of defence, rather than issue threats I think its time for southerners to put heads together and act fast before these animals completely annihilate our brightest and best.

Please For Gods sake this Deciet called Naija was carved out by the colonialists to serve the selfish interest of a microscopic few which explains why they keep avoiding coming together on a roundtable to discuss our continued corporate existence.

How d we explain that at a time Lagos and Kano has 20 local Govts each and today, A jigawa state carved out of Kano has almost 30 LG's and Kano Has Over 40 .

Why should we continue to protect Obajana Cement factory here when they keep attacking and destroying our business interests and kinsmen up north.

Since the northerners have decided to bring this country down violently I think we should rise to the defence of our people and opt out of this blackmail called Nigeria.

A threat to Oluomo Wole Soyinka is a threat to the entire Yoruba race..

"Christian seek not yet repose...."

Let's all be on guard nitoripe " Iku to ba n pa ojugba eni, owe lo n pa si ni."

Happy evening.

Tope.
