TO THE CONGOLESE POLICE AND THE ARMED FORCES.

 

Officers, NCOs, soldiers and police,

The Congolese Association of Moralists (AMOCO) and the Congolese Civil Society Abroad (SOCICOE) appeal to your patriotism and your Oath "MAKILA NA BISO PONA CONGO"

Rise up to defend the Congo against Kabila's militia.

We mean by Congolese troops and police, any Congolese serviceman or women  who is on active duty or who is retired from Mobutu or Laurent Desire Kabila era.

We know you have no weapons. But use all possible strategies to neutralize this insolent cheater who spit on the will of the Congolese people.

There is only one road to Ndjili airport. There is only one bridge that connects the city center to Ndjili airport. The people don't want to see Kabila as head of the Congo. They have willfully selected Tshisekedi as the President.

Do your duty in accordance with your patriotic oath.

Defend the will of the people by all means.

Defend the People's president Mr. Tshisekedi wa Mulumba, against intimidation from mercenaries.

Think about Mulamba Nyunyi, Mpika, Kudi-Kubanza and Mwepu . Defend your votes and stop Kabila, Ngoyi Mulunda and all the cheaters.

We are the People and the Congo is your country.

The Congolese people order you to defend the Congo and the Congolese people.

We call upon the Congolese Diaspora in each country to open an account for the relief of Congolese soldiers and civilians, because they cannot return to the barracks before the swearing in of Kabila. Kabila and his band of predatory evil, assassins and looters, must be uprooted from the Congo.

May the Grand Muntu, the God of African armed forces, protect you. You have the blessing of your people.

Officiers, sous-officiers, soldats et policiers,

 L'Association des Moralistes Congolais (AMOCO) et la Société Civile Congolaise à l'Étranger (SOCICOE) en appellent à votre Patriotisme et à votre Serment "MAKILA NA BISO MPO NA CONGO", botelema pour défendre le Congo contre les milices de Kabila.

Nous entendons par soldats et policiers congolais, tout congolais ou toute congolaise qui a appris ce métier, qu'il/qu'elle soit actif ou en pension; qu'il/qu'elle soit retraité par Mobutu ou par les Kabila.

 

Nous savons que vous n'avez pas d'armes, mais utilisez toutes les stratégies possibles afin de neutraliser ce tricheur insolent qui crache sur la Volonté du Peuple Congolais.

Il n'y a qu'une seule route qui mène à Ndjili. Il n'y a qu'un seul pont Ndjili qui rélie le centre à l'aéroport. Ce Peuple ne veut plus voir Kabila à la tête du Congo. Il vient de choisir publiquement Tshisekedi Président.

 

Faites votre devoir, conformément à votre serment patriotique,

Défendez les Urnes et défendez par tous les moyens la Volonté du Peuple Souverain

Défendez le Président du Peuple Tshisekedi wa Mulumba que les Mercenaires étrangers sont en train de ménacer.

Souvenez-vous de Mulamba Nyunyi, de Mpika, de Kudia-Kubanza, de Mwepu, ... défendez les urnes et stoppez Kabila, Ngoyi Mulunda et leur bande de tricheurs.

Nous sommes le Peuple et le Congo est votre Patrie.

 

Le Peuple Congolais vous ordonne de défendre le Congo et le Peuple Congolais.

 

Nous demandons à la Diaspora Congolaise de chaque pays d'ouvrir un compte pour venir au secours des Soldats du Peuple Congolais, car vous ne pourriez plus rentrer dans vos camps avant le départ de Kabila. Kabila et sa bande de prédateurs, le mal, le congocide et le pillage qu'ils entretiennent, doivent être déracinés du Congo.

 

Que le Grand-Muntu, le Dieu des Forces Armées Africaines, vous protège. Vous avez la bénédiction de votre Peuple.
