This toolkit outlines actions, examples and resources available for those with the responsibility for invigorating their country's national platform for disaster risk reduction (DRR) or participating in it. It is designed for those who have the responsibility to set up, maintain and sustain a national platform for DRR, or participants who organize and administer them.
Stakeholders may include: government officials, members of civil society and the NGO community, as well as representatives of international organizations, donors, private sector, and members of communities at risk.
