COMPANIES *ALLEGEDLY* PAID SUBSIDIES FOR WHICH MOTHER VESSELS HAD *ALLEGEDLY* BEEN DECOMMISSIONED - (8 ENTRIES)
This would amount to transporting oil worth N8.14 billion with ghost ships.....
COMPANIES ALLEGEDLY WITH NO EVIDENCE OF SALES PROCEEDS IN BANKS - (112 ENTRIES)
This would amount to selling mucho-mucho oil (N157.5 billion) but (probably) placing the proceeds in pillow-cases...?
