Even as the Nigerian nation reels from incompetence, corruption and is being bombed away thanks to state-sponsored ineptitude, Nduka Obaigbena manages to pen a well-written self-serving hagiography that glorifies and glamorizes flawed men like him and Chief MKO Abiola.
Many of us appreciate that years after the death of MKO Abiola, a lethargic state is waking up to give him his correct dues. The process has been appalling, and it would appear from the many lawsuits filed, possibly illegal. Legality aside, this is not how to honor a man, by bringing his name into disrepute. Obaigbena obviously does not get it, he is too interested in inserting himself into "history." Don't worry, Obaigbena, you are already part of history.
