A new society has formed in the Chicago area called Conservators of African Art Inc. (CAAI) to advance the knowledge of African traditional art through lectures, tours, visits to collections, programs, and activites that will educate its membership. Members include collectors, dealers, galleries, educators,and enthusiasts of traditional African art. Dues are $30 for collectors and $50 for galleries and dealers.
